How to Track Your Order
- receipt_long Your full invoice number. Example: INV-20260206-A1B2C3. You can find this number in your confirmation email and in the bot chat after ordering.
- shield_person For security reasons, searching by email is not available. The invoice number is the key that unlocks order details, so this page never lists anyone’s orders.
- badge Lost your invoice number? Sign in or register with the same email you used at checkout — your full order history will appear on the My Orders page.
